Board and Train programs

Board & Train Programs: To register you must complete our application form. You can email me and I will send you our online application. Currently, we are taking B and Ts from April through October 2024.

Pricing:  

• Full obedience training programs: 4 to 6 weeks $3600 to $4600
• e-collars must be purchased separately through us. ($250 for a Mini Educator e-collar with comfort wings.).
• 2-week programs $1800: Specialty programs only. 
• Full payment is due at drop-off. No exceptions. We do not offer payment plans. We accept checks and cash for board and train clients.

"I am looking for serious and committed pet owners who want the best for their four-legged family members. When your dog stays with me, he or she will become a part of my family. Your dog will live in my home and interact and train with me daily. I will treat your dog as if he or she were my own."

If you are interested in our B&T program, kindly give us a call. Once you do, I will send you an application form that you will fill out and send back to us. After reviewing your application, I will call you to discuss the program. 

Board and Train Programs include the following:

• 8 hours of private coaching sessions with the trainer after your dog's training is complete. (must be used within 3 months of finishing your B and T program). 
• Trainer access via phone or text for one year anytime you have questions. 
• Boarding fees and training. Clients must provide food. It is helpful if your dog has had some crate training before being dropped off for B and T.

Behaviors:

• Sit/Stay
• Down/Stay
• Walk nicely on a leash (Heel)
• Go to your place
• Recall (Come) 
• Drop it
• Release Command

Please note that owners must maintain all learned commands after the completion of the program. Once most of your dog's training is done, we will work together in private coaching sessions to teach you how to maintain your dog's skills and commands. During these follow-up sessions, we will also show you how to continue improving your dog's behaviors. You will learn how to use verbal markers, rewards, and the tools that were used to train your dog. 

Additionally, you will be taught how to use structured play games to build a cooperative relationship with your dog and reward them for correct behavior. Furthermore, you will have full access to me online or by phone for 6 months after taking your dog home. To ensure the most successful outcome, kindly follow the go-home instructions given to you and attend your included coaching sessions. 

Please note that while we will make every effort to help clients achieve their training goals, we cannot guarantee results after professional training is completed. As dogs are living beings, no one can ethically guarantee their behavior under all circumstances. It is important to remember that the behavior may not improve or it may relapse if owners do not follow through with training, recommendations, suggestions, and protocols. 

Please be advised that we may refuse services for dog-to-dog or stranger aggression cases that resulted in severe injuries or death to a person or another animal, or in cases where there are young or at-risk children in the household. In such cases, we may be able to offer a referral. Additionally, we do not take severe separation anxiety cases but may be able to offer a referral.

While our trainer will make every reasonable effort to help you achieve your training goals, we cannot guarantee results after the program is complete. Dogs are living beings, and no one can ethically guarantee their behavior under all circumstances. Additionally, it is impossible to know if owners will follow through with training recommendations, suggestions, and protocols. If owners fail to do so, their dog's behavior may not improve or may even relapse.

We reserve the right to refuse services for dog-to-dog or stranger aggression cases that resulted in severe injuries or death to a person or another animal, or if there are young or at-risk children in the household. However, we may be able to offer a referral in these types of cases.

Please be advised that we do not accept severe separation anxiety cases. Nevertheless, we may be able to offer a referral for those cases.
